We produce custom garments for brands, agencies and companies — made from scratch to your specification, not printed onto blank stock. Everything is manufactured in Portugal by factories we have worked with since 2001, and we manage the whole process from quote to delivery.
Our core range is premium custom apparel: t-shirts, longsleeves, hoodies, crewnecks, zip hoodies, sweatpants, shorts, polos and tote bags — each made in a standard or oversized fit, in the fabric, finish, colour, artwork and labelling you choose. Beyond that, we produce denim, leather goods, hotel textiles (towels, robes and bed linen) and branded artisan pieces such as ceramics and candles. If your project is not in the list above, describe it in your quote request and we will tell you honestly whether we can source it in Portugal at the quality you need.
Yes. We have supplied towels, bathrobes and bed linen for premium hotels, as well as branded amenities. These projects follow the same process — quote, sample, production — with fabric weights and finishes specified for professional laundering.
You send a quote request through the website with your product, quantities and artwork. We review it, source the right factory and come back with a price and payment terms. You approve the specification, price and terms. We produce a sample for your approval. Production starts, and you follow every stage in your client portal. We ship to you with tracking and the packing list.
It depends on the product, fabric and finish. As a guide, [XX] pieces per style, which can be split across sizes. Some fabric finishes have their own minimums, which we will flag in your quote.
No. You can upload artwork with your request, or describe the idea and we will advise on techniques (screen print, embroidery, DTG and others) and placements that work for your quantities and budget.
Yes, and we recommend it. Samples are charged separately, since they are made to your specification. You approve each sample round in your portal — with changes if needed — and production only starts once you are happy.
Typically [X–Y] weeks from sample approval to delivery, depending on product, quantity and fabric availability. Sampling adds roughly [X] weeks before that. We give you a realistic timeline with your quote, and you see updated dates in the portal if anything changes.
Each quote is priced individually, based on the product, fabric, finish, artwork, labels and quantity. Your quote shows the unit price and any extras (moulds, samples, special labels) as separate lines — no hidden costs.
Terms are agreed per order and shown in your quote before you approve it. Most orders require a deposit before sampling or production, with the balance before shipping. Credit terms are available for established clients.
Before sample approval, yes — changes are part of the process. After production has started, fabric has been cut and artwork applied, so changes or cancellations are usually no longer possible. Contact us as early as you can and we will tell you what is still open.
Because every piece is made to your specification, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If a garment is defective or does not match the approved sample, contact us and we will resolve it.
Anywhere in Europe and beyond. Shipping costs and duties depend on destination and volume; we quote them separately.
In Portugal, by factories we have visited and worked with for over twenty years. We do not outsource to regions we cannot audit.
Once your quote is approved you get access to a client portal where you can see your quotes, sample rounds, production progress and delivery dates.
